BloomHub Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and expectations for using BloomHub. Its purpose is to maintain a safe, professional, secure, and productive environment for all users. By accessing or using BloomHub, you agree to comply with this Policy, the BloomHub Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intended Use

BloomHub is designed to support occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, interventionists, school staff, administrators, caregivers, and other professionals supporting learning and development. Users may use BloomHub for educational, therapeutic, instructional, professional, and personal productivity purposes consistent with the intended purpose of the platform.

3. Professional Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use, exercising professional judgment, verifying generated materials, and following applicable laws, regulations, ethical standards, and workplace policies. BloomHub-generated content should not replace professional judgment, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, legal advice, or educational placement decisions.

4. Account Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, use strong passwords, protect account access, and notify BloomHub of suspected unauthorized access. Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not violate laws, facilitate unlawful conduct, engage in fraud or deception, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures, disrupt platform operations, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, upload harmful software, scrape content without authorization, use bots to abuse platform resources, circumvent subscription limits, or create excessive automated requests that impact platform performance.

6. Abuse of AI Features

Users may not use BloomHub AI tools to generate harmful or unlawful content, impersonate individuals or organizations, intentionally spread misinformation, or create content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others.

7. School, Student, and Client Information

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements. Users should minimize personally identifiable information, avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information, and follow school, district, employer, organizational, and legal requirements. BloomHub is not intended to replace official student information systems, electronic medical records, or secure case management platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy BloomHub proprietary content for resale, repackage BloomHub content as a competing product, reverse engineer BloomHub software, remove copyright or ownership notices, or misrepresent BloomHub-created content as their own proprietary platform. Users retain ownership of their own uploaded and created content, subject to BloomHub’s Terms of Service.

9. Community Standards

Users must not create, upload, share, or distribute content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, violent, unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or violates another person’s rights. BloomHub may remove content that violates these standards.

10. Subscription Abuse

Users may not share paid accounts outside authorized use, circumvent usage limits, exploit trial programs, use fraudulent payment methods, or manipulate subscription systems. BloomHub may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in subscription abuse.

11. Platform Monitoring

To maintain security and service quality, BloomHub may monitor account activity, system usage, security events, abuse reports, and platform performance in accordance with the BloomHub Privacy Policy.

12. Enforcement

BloomHub may investigate suspected violations and may issue warnings, restrict access to specific features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, remove content, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. BloomHub may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

13. Reporting Violations

Users who believe this Policy has been violated may report concerns to BloomHub Support through the Support Center.

14. Changes to This Policy

BloomHub may update this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted within BloomHub and become effective upon publication. Continued use of BloomHub after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
